Wed Society is hiring a Digital Marketing Launch Manager to help coordinate the launch of new franchise markets across the United States, and drive digital advertising performance across Google, Meta, and other online platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts digital marketer, project coordinator, and detail-driven operator. We open 1 to 2 markets each month, and you will be responsible for coordinating the marketing launch process for new these Wed Society markets, creating social and digital content, setting up and managing paid digital campaigns, keeping timelines on track, and ensuring each launch has the marketing support needed to gain early momentum.
This is a fast-moving, highly collaborative position based in the Edmond, Oklahoma area. Candidates must be local to Edmond or within reliable commuting distance.
What You’ll Do
The Digital Marketing Launch Manager will coordinate the internal setup, content and advertising strategies for new Wed Society franchise markets from pre-launch through early market activation. Responsibilities include:
- Execute weekly tasks from an existing pre-opening setup checklist.
- Design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms including social media, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and display advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate launch calendars, deadlines, creative needs, campaign assets, website updates, and market-specific marketing tasks.
- Work closely with franchise owners, internal team members, vendors, and leadership to keep launches organized and on schedule.
- Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing adjustments to improve reach, audience engagement, and conversion.
- Support digital marketing needs for headquarters as needed.
- Help improve launch systems, checklists, templates, reporting, and repeatable processes as Wed Society continues to grow.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, positive, comfortable managing multiple deadlines, and confident working inside digital advertising platforms. You'll work independently within an established framework and alongside a highly motivated and engaged team.
A strong candidate will have:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns, targeting, budgets, reporting, and optimization.
- Excellent project coordination and scheduling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple launches, campaigns, and deadlines at the same time.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with franchise owners, small business owners, or multi-market teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot, ask good questions, and keep projects moving.
- Experience using project management, scheduling, CRM, or marketing tools.
- A proactive, ownership-minded approach.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in franchise, multi-location, marketplace, wedding, event, media, or small business marketing.
- Experience working with Canva, HubSpot, Asana, and similar tools.
- Experienced with content creation for websites, blogs, social media channels, and email marketing to ensure compelling messaging aligned with brand voice.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and refine strategies for better ROI.
- Experience with implement conversion optimization tactics through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and user experience enhancements to increase lead generation and sales conversions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM (Google Ads), Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop compelling copywriting for various digital channels including social media posts, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Experience managing social media marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising; knowledge of B2B marketing strategies is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights from analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple launches simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Effective communicator capable of collaborating across teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging efforts.
