Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support property sales. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling content, overseeing paid campaigns, and monitoring web analytics to track performance and ROI. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with sales, design, and leadership teams to align digital strategies with business objectives and marketing calendars. The role also involves managing the company website, coordinating email marketing, conducting market research, and preparing regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Strong digital marketing skills, including experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategy.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Lead Generation tactics and tools to drive inquiries and conversions for real estate or related industries.
- Ability to use Web Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance and guide decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in a digital marketing or similar role, preferably within real estate, property development, or a fast-paced consumer-focused industry.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with on-site cross-functional teams in Lagos.
