We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategies and campaigns. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage and optimise SEO campaigns to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Oversee social media management across multiple platforms, creating engaging content and monitoring analytics.
- Lead email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing clients.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads and other PPC platforms, analysing performance metrics for optimisation.
- Maintain and update the company website using WordPress; ensure content is current, relevant, and optimised for SEO.
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop for creating compelling visual content for digital channels.
- Analyse website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics; prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
- Supervise the creation of copy for various digital channels ensuring clarity, engagement, and brand consistency.
- Lead B2B marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with corporate clients.
- Organise webinars, virtual events, or campaigns to increase brand awareness within target markets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing management or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Demonstrable experience with WordPress website management and Adobe Photoshop editing tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in analysing data using analysis tools such as Google Analytics; capable of deriving actionable insights.
- Effective copywriting skills tailored for diverse digital audiences across B2B markets.
- Leadership experience in managing teams or coordinating cross-departmental projects.
- Strong organisational skills with an emphasis on time management and prioritisation.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
