Digital Marketing Specialist (Clinic)

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the clinic’s online presence, attract new patients, and grow brand visibility across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for content creation through photography and video editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase patient inquiries and bookings
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Create high-quality photo and video content inside the clinic (treatments, staff, patient education, lifestyle content)
• Shoot and edit photos and short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, ads)
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Improve website visibility through SEO strategies
• Write engaging captions, blogs, and promotional content
• Track performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Manage online reputation including Google reviews and responses

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing and content creation
• Strong photography and video shooting skills (mobile or camera)
• Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, Canva, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
• Ability to work independently and create content inside a clinical environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare/clinic marketing (physiotherapy is a plus)
• Understanding of patient-focused content and ethical healthcare marketing
• Arabic and English communication skills
• Ability to create fast, engaging social media content trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Digital marketing : 2 years (Required)

Language:

• Arabic (Required)
