About the Role
GUPIO is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing online marketing strategies, managing performance campaigns, driving lead generation, enhancing brand visibility, and improving customer acquisition across digital channels.
This role requires a data-driven professional with strong expertise in SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content strategy, and marketing analytics.
Roles & Responsibilities :-
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans.
- Identify opportunities for brand growth, customer engagement, and market expansion.
Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns to improve lead conversion rates.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure maximum return on investment.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Monitor website performance and implement improvements to increase organic traffic.
- Work closely with web developers to improve website functionality and user experience.
Content and social media management
- Develop content marketing strategies that support business goals.
- Manage social media platforms and execute engagement campaigns.
- Coordinate with content writers and designers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Plan and execute social media calendars and promotional campaigns.
Lead Generation & Marketing Automation
- Create and manage lead generation campaigns for customer acquisition.
- Implement email marketing and lead nurturing workflows.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion effectiveness.
- Maintain and optimize marketing databases and CRM systems.
- Develop strategies to increase customer retention and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Generate detailed reports and present actionable insights to management.
- Track KPIs and recommend improvements to maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, HR, Product, and Design teams.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
- Support management in achieving overall business and revenue objectives.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or any related field.
Experience
- 3–6 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience in managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable business outcomes.
