We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and deliver our digital strategy- driving online visibility, lead generation, and eCommerce growth, while enhancing the customer experience across all digital channels.

This role sits within ONFAB but works across the wider Savillex business - offering real scope to influence digital growth in a collaborative, innovation-led organisation.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of digital performance across web, SEO, paid media, and eCommerce - combining strategy with hands-on delivery in a technical B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Website & SEO
- Optimise website performance, UX, and conversion
- Lead SEO strategy (technical, on-page, keywords)
- Ensure content consistency and compliance
Paid Campaigns
- Plan and manage Google Ads, LinkedIn, and display campaigns
- Optimise targeting, spend, and ROI
- Align campaigns with commercial priorities
Analytics & Performance
- Own Google Analytics and reporting
- Build dashboards and deliver insights
- Turn data into actionable improvements
eCommerce
- Manage and improve online customer journey
- Drive revenue through UX, SEO, and merchandising
- Ensure accurate order flow and data integrity
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and external partners
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ digital marketing experience (SEO, paid media, web)
- Strong Google Analytics and performance tracking skills
- Experience managing B2B websites and/or eCommerce platforms
- Data-driven mindset with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in life sciences or technical B2B sectors is a plus, but not essential.
