I. ROLE OBJECTIVE
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for building our company’s
professional image online. The main goal is to showcase our technical expertise and project
completions to attract Tier-1 Developers, Consultants, and Architects. You will focus on
Organic Growth (without paid ads) to establish us as a leader in the MEP/EPC sector.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. LinkedIn & B2B Networking
Corporate Presence: Manage the company’s LinkedIn profile to connect with
industry decision-makers (Project Directors, Purchase Heads, and Consultants).
Thought Leadership: Write and post articles about our technical capabilities, safety
standards, and engineering innovations.
Engagement: Actively interact with the posts of our clients and partners to keep our
brand "visible" in the professional circle.
2. Project Showcasing & Storytelling
Site Coordination: Coordinate with site engineers to get high-quality photos and
videos of ongoing and completed MEP projects.
Case Studies: Create "Project Spotlights" that explain the challenges we solved and
the scale of the work we delivered.
Visual Content: Use Canva or basic editing tools to create professional project
brochures, banners, and site-walkthrough videos.
3. Internal & External Branding
Company Newsletter: Design and send monthly updates to our existing clients and
database via Email and WhatsApp.
Website Management: Keep the "Projects" and "Certifications" sections of the
company website updated with the latest data. Employer Branding: Post about company culture, team achievements, and awards to
attract good talent and build trust.
III. REQUIRED SKILLS & TOOLS
B2B Strategy: Understanding how to market to businesses (Contracting/Construction)
rather than individual customers.
Content Writing: Exceptional English skills to write technical captions and
professional corporate emails.
Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva (Mandatory) or Adobe Suite for creating
professional site photos and layouts.
Video Editing: Basic skills to create professional-looking reels or videos of project
sites.
IV. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Total Experience: 4 to 7 years in Digital Marketing.
Industry Preference: Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, or
MEP companies is a big plus.
Organic Specialist: Proven track record of growing a brand’s professional following
without using paid advertisements.
V. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Academic: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or
Journalism/Communications.
Technical Understanding: Ability to understand basic MEP terms (HVAC,
Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting) to write accurate content.
VI. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Observation Skills: Ability to find "post-worthy" content at a construction site.
Consistency: Maintaining a strict posting schedule to keep the brand active.
Professionalism: Ensuring every post adds value and maintains the company’s high-
end reputation.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
