Digital Marketing Manager / Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy, enhance performance across channels, and transform insights into measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will also support the planning and execution of integrated online and offline marketing initiatives, including events, to drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and inform both digital marketing strategies and event planning decisions
Monitor and evaluate website, app, and social media performance to uncover growth opportunities and optimize campaign and event effectiveness
Translate data insights into clear, strategic recommendations for stakeholders and senior management
Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of online and offline events, ensuring seamless delivery aligned with marketing objectives
Optimize digital campaigns and event performance through ongoing analysis, A/B testing, and post-event evaluations
Develop and manage KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure both digital marketing performance and event success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing initiatives, strategic planning, and process improvement
Manage multiple projects across digital campaigns and events with effective prioritization and high-quality delivery
Enhance the membership scheme by leveraging data insights and event engagement strategies to maximize user acquisition, retention, and participation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields
5+ years’ experience in digital marketing and performance optimization
Proven ability to analyze data using tools such as Google Analytics, GSC, Data Studio, Excel, Power BI, and SEO platforms to drive actionable insights
Hands-on experience with paid digital channels (e.g., Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, SEM/SEO) and campaign optimization
Experience in planning and executing online and offline marketing events, with a strong understanding of event performance tracking and ROI measurement
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
