Digital Marketing Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across digital marketing initiatives.
- Understand client objectives, brand voice, and target audiences to develop aligned social media and paid advertising strategies.
- Present content directions, campaign plans, and performance insights with actionable recommendations.
2. Social Media Strategy & Content Execution
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Conceptualize and oversee the production of engaging content aligned with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and storytelling across all social channels.
3. Project Management & Fulfillment
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Define campaign objectives, audience targeting, budgets, and creatives to drive performance (awareness, engagement, conversions).
- Provide performance reports with insights and recommendations to improve results and ROI.
4. Team Collaboration & Coordination
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, translating briefs into clear, actionable deliverables
5. Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Basic knowledeg to Activate, Track and analyze social media and paid ad performance, delivering concise reports with key insights and optimization recommendations.
6. Business Development Support
- Support proposal and media plan development, contributing strategic insights on trends, platforms, and competitive landscape.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or account management roles.
- Proven experience managing social med campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.). forms and executing paid ad
- Experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge in Google Suite, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and other digital marketing or analytics tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing campaigns and deadlines.
- Willing and able to travel to different sites for shoots, events, or client meetings when necessary.
- Willing and able to report to the Alabang, Muntinlupa office during workday.
