Digital Marketing Manager

This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Software Applications, or related fields. The successful candidate will leverage digital technologies, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and online marketing channels to increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, online sales, and franchise growth.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies.
- Manage customer acquisition and retention campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Optimize online ordering, delivery, and customer engagement platforms.
- Support franchise locations with digital marketing initiatives and local campaigns.
Marketing Technology (MarTech)
- Manage CRM systems, loyalty platforms, and customer databases.
- Implement marketing automation workflows and customer engagement tools.
- Integrate marketing systems with online ordering and franchise management platforms.
- Evaluate and deploy new digital technologies to improve marketing efficiency.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze customer behavior, website traffic, sales performance, and campaign results.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
- Use data-driven decision-making to improve marketing ROI.
Digital Advertising
- Plan and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance and budget allocation.
Social Media & Content Management
- Manage social media channels and digital content strategies.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor online reviews and brand reputation.

Experience
