About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth for our IT services and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads for IT services, software development, SaaS products, and digital solutions.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and implement SEO best practices to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to create engaging marketing materials.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Manage company social media presence and build brand authority across digital channels.
- Develop email nurturing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging digital marketing trends.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an IT Services or SaaS company.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B IT Services Marketing.
- Knowledge of SaaS marketing strategies.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot certifications.
- Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and LinkedIn lead generation.
Pay: ₹14,401.01 - ₹58,632.16 per month
