Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital campaigns for leading brands across South India. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in paid advertising platforms, campaign optimization, analytics, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage and scale campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and OTT advertising platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign results using analytics tools.
• Coordinate with creative, content, and event teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Develop audience targeting strategies and media plans.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
• Support SEO initiatives and website performance optimization.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads
• Proficiency in Google Analytics
• Experience with OTT Advertising Platforms
• Experience managing LinkedIn Ads
• Understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting
• Basic knowledge of SEO (Preferred)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with multiple brands and industries is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
