Digital Marketing Manager (Onsite, Kawit Cavite)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to join our clients’ marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible to lead digital campaigns, manage team, optimize performance, drive growth across channels.
Work Set Up:
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
- Work Setup: Onsite
- Location: Cavite
- Client Industry: Property/Real Estate/Financial Education
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of marketing professionals.
- Plan and run digital campaigns across Meta, Google, email, and web.
- Turn business goals into clear marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Oversee content including ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Monitor performance, budgets, and ROI, and optimise campaigns.
- Improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
- Provide reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment across campaigns.
- Manage tools like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong experience in paid media (Meta, Google), email marketing, and lead generation.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of campaign performance, ROI, and analytics.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work full-time on-site.
