About the Role
ARA Web Technologies is looking for a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager with extensive paid advertising expertise to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of agency experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media planning, execution, and optimization. You will oversee end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, managing substantial ad budgets while delivering measurable ROI for our clients. The successful candidate will combine analytical prowess with creative thinking to drive client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies incorporating SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video), Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
- Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets ranging from small business accounts to enterprise- level spend
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and market research to inform campaign strategy
- Build and optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and user journeys for maximum ROI
- Implement advanced tracking solutions including conversion pixels, UTM parameters, and event tracking
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio / Data Studio
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights and industry benchmarks
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance on best practices
- Present campaign performance reports, strategic recommendations, and QBRs to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, and content departments
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising
- At least 1 year of experience working in an IT agency or digital marketing agency environment
- Proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns with demonstrable ROI
- Google Ads Certification (Search and/or Display) is highly preferred
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with campaign management across multiple advertising platforms simultaneously
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong project management and client communication abilities
Preferred Skills
- Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Inbound Marketing
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp)
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and DSP platforms
- Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize)
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for landing page optimization and tag implementation
- Experience managing enterprise-level accounts and large advertising budgets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing workflows
