Digital Marketing Manager
Job Summary
The Sales Administration & Marketing Manager is to establish brand awareness for the company, organize and manage marketing campaigns to raise awareness, generate demand for products, and generate leads. Analyze sales data and trends to strengthen client engagement. He/She is also responsible for the overall sales administration to support Sales Branch Offices.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and marketing materials development
- Collaborate with Business Development and Design Section Group for the development of new products/projects with consideration to market trends and demand
- Manage Inventory and assist all branches to ensure effective sales turnover
- Analyze market pricing and recommend industry pricing standards and Execute annual price increase
- Update pricelist and ensure that all branches have updated pricelists at any given time
Work Location
- Head Office - Lot 10-A, Brgy. Makiling, Calamba City, Laguna
Working Experience
- With 3 years supervisory experience or 2 years managerial experience in Real Estate
Educational Background
- Graduate Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management
Working Schedule
- Monday to Thursday - 7am to 6pm and every Friday 7am to 4pm
