SEO, Website & Traffic Growth
- Improve website ranking and achieve top search engine visibility through SEO best practices.
- Increase website traffic, engagement, and lead conversion through organic and paid marketing initiatives.
- Identify critical conversion points and optimize user journeys and sales funnels.
- Create landing pages and conversion-focused marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website analytics, user behavior, and customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence.
- Act as the company’s community manager across social media platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Develop creative content strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with content creators and designers on content direction and campaign execution.
- Execute ongoing content promotion strategies.
Google Ads & Paid Advertising Management
Manage and optimize:
- Google Search Campaigns
- Google Shopping Campaigns
- Performance Max Campaigns
- Display Advertising
- Remarketing Campaigns
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining campaigns, ad groups, keywords, audiences, and product feeds.
- Managing budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign pacing.
- Supporting promotional and seasonal campaign launches.
- Continuously optimizing campaigns to improve:
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
- Conversion Rates
- Lead Quality
- Conduct A/B testing, keyword optimization, audience targeting, and landing page improvements.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Measure and evaluate all digital marketing campaigns against KPIs and business goals.
- Analyze important metrics affecting website traffic, conversions, and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute conversion testing and performance experiments.
Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programs.
- Work closely with the sales team on lead qualification and marketing-to-sales handoff processes.
- Develop automated workflows and customer engagement strategies.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with leadership, sales, creative, marketing, and eCommerce teams.
- Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure alignment between paid search, paid social, and other marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, economic indicators, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Identify short-term and long-term marketing priorities to improve brand awareness and lead generation.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to support continuous growth.
