Digital Marketing & Operations Executive

Job Scope :

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other online channels.
• Create, design, and schedule engaging marketing content including posters, banners, menu visuals, promotional artwork, and social media materials.
• Produce and edit creative graphic designs, marketing materials, and short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook to support promotional campaigns and brand awareness activities.
• Handle photography and basic video shooting/editing for food products, outlet promotions, and social media postings.
• Coordinate with outlet teams to ensure marketing promotions, pricing, and menu information are updated accurately.
• Liaise with POS system provider Feedme for menu setup, promotional campaigns, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Manage and coordinate online food delivery platforms including Grab and Shopee Food for menu updates, pricing adjustments, voucher setup, campaign participation, and issue resolution.
• Monitor online sales performance, customer reviews, and delivery platform operations to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
• Support outlet operations and ensure smooth coordination between marketing activities and operational requirements.
• Prepare basic reports on sales performance, promotional results, and online platform activities.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Multimedia, or related field.
• Experience in F&B industry or food delivery platform management is an added advantage.
• Basic skills in graphic design and video editing using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator, or related software.
• Familiar with social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Info :

• Office hour from 8AM to 5PM (Monday – Friday)
• Office in Jalan Tiara, Bandar Baru Klang.
• Benefit: EPF & SOCSO, MC claim up to RM1.2k per year, Bonus and Yearly Increment based on performance.

Salary :

RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 (Depend on experience)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
