Job Description

As a Project/Business Consultant, you’ll be the rockstar who keeps our clients happy and their projects soaring. You’ll dive into their business goals, manage relationships like a pro, and work hand-in-hand with our Specialists to deliver jaw-dropping AI and tech solutions. Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them from onboarding to project success.
• Understand client needs and align AI and funnel solutions to their business goals.
• Communicate project updates, gather feedback, and handle client questions with a smile.
• Explain technical CRM and AI features in a way that’s clear to non-techy clients.
• Collaborate with Specialists to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Track client satisfaction, project progress, and key metrics, reporting as needed.
• Resolve client concerns or revision requests quickly and creatively.
• Stay on top of industry trends to bring fresh ideas to clients and the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of account management or client-facing experience, ideally in tech, digital marketing, or SaaS.
• Quick-witted and able to think on your feet to solve problems and keep clients happy.
• Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect with clients and teams.
• Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, CRM platforms (Go High Level), or similar to stay organized.
• Tech-savvy with a knack for learning new software (bonus points for AI experience!).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude that fits our team’s great vibes.
• Ability to juggle multiple clients and priorities without breaking a sweat.
• Experience with platforms like Go High Level or Zapier is a plus but not required.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience managing digital marketing or tech projects, particularly in areas like funnel development, AI solutions, or systems integrations. Familiarity with the Go High Level platform is a massive bonus.
• Business Acumen: Understanding how project decisions affect customer satisfaction and how a business works to make sound decisions that drive positive results. Skilled in communicating the priorities of cross-functional teams, clients, and executives to drive project success.
• Business Consulting: The ability to look at our students' businesses and identify opportunities and areas of improvement, and be able to put together a plan to capitalize on and fix areas needing improvement.
• Interpersonal Skills: Upbeat, personable, and enthusiastic – you thrive in client-facing situations and can build strong, lasting relationships.

Compensation Package:

• $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
• Bonus opportunities
• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Schedule:

• 8:30 - 5 PM MST
• Monday to Friday

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
