Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Job Overview:

Responsible for creating and managing social media content, executing campaigns, growing online engagement, and analyzing performance to support brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media content and campaign strategies aligned with brand goals
• Create, schedule, and manage daily content across social media platforms
• Engage and grow online community through active interaction and response management
• Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance to improve engagement and reach
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and integrated campaigns

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred but not required
• Experience in managing social media platforms in a professional setting
• Strong content creation and digital marketing skills
• Proficient in social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms
• Knowledge of design/video tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is an advantage
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
