We are looking for a creative, results-driven, and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen the online presence of AITO Philippines and support the growth of our premium new energy vehicle brands, including AITO, Bestune and DFSK.

Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns and online brand presence aligned with company objectives and manufacturer standards. The role covers social media management, content coordination, digital advertising, analytics tracking, website updates, and promotional campaign execution across multiple automotive brands.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives
· Manage and administer social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
· Create and implement monthly content calendars, promotional campaigns, and engagement initiatives
· Coordinate with creatives, agencies, and internal teams for content production and campaign execution
· Monitor post engagement, audience reach, website traffic, leads, and campaign performance
· Analyze marketing data and provide recommendations to improve engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates
· Manage and update website content, promotions, and digital assets for AITO, Bestune, and DFSK brand platforms
· Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and corporate identity standards
· Assist in the execution of online and offline marketing activities, dealership campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives
· Support event promotions, vehicle launches, and special campaigns through digital channels
· Stay updated on social media trends, digital tools, and automotive marketing best practices
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Communication, or any related course
· At least 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or a related field
· Knowledgeable in Meta Business Suite, digital advertising, content marketing, and analytics tools
· Experience managing websites or CMS platforms is an advantage
· Skilled in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar editing/design tools
· Strong communication, creativity, organization, and analytical skills
· Experience in automotive, premium, technology, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
· Passion for electric vehicles and emerging mobility technologies is a plus
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
