Qualifications:

- Knowledge of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Experience managing business accounts across major platforms.
- Content planning and community management.
- Ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports.
- Content planning and strategy.
- Basic copywriting and editing skills.
- Understanding of customer journey and conversion funnels.
- Can speak and write English well.
- Good at communication and coordination.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Can step up to take lead if the situation calls for it.
- Organized.
- Can handle multiple assignments.
- Willing to learn new things and be trained.
- Willing to do different tasks/roles, flexible and can adapt easily.
- Portfolio and exposure (compilation of previous work and exposure to a wide array of projects).
Job Responsibilities:
- Research to gather information and data relevant to the assigned project.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Plan and execute SEO, SEM, social media and content marketing strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for websites, social media and other digital platforms.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence and online community engagement.
- Track website traffic, user behavior, conversions, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement lead generation and customer acquisition strategies to support business growth.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of advertising resources.
- Support brand awareness, customer engagement, and retention campaigns.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with company policies and applicable regulation.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php10,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
