Royal Vista Travel Solution is a growing travel company specializing in international holidays, visa services, flight bookings, travel insurance, and customized travel experiences. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Travel Sales Executive to manage online advertising campaigns and support our travel sales operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns to generate leads and sales.
- Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through regular optimization.
- Generate qualified leads for visa services, holiday packages, flights, and other travel products.
- Coordinate with designers to create engaging ad creatives and marketing content.
- Track and report campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Travel Sales & Customer Service
- Handle inquiries received through ads, social media, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into bookings.
- Assist customers with holiday packages, visa services, and flight bookings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support business development and sales growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and digital marketing strategies.
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Experience in the travel industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
