The Role
We're hiring a mid-level Digital Marketing Specialist who can wear multiple hats. This is a generalist role, so you'll touch content, SEO, paid ads, and client deliverables on any given day. You'll manage work across a portfolio of contractor clients and help them get found, get leads, and grow. This is a hybrid position based out of our Pensacola office.
Main Duties Include
- Build and manage SEO campaigns, including on-page optimization, content strategy, and local search for contractor clients
- Write and edit website content, blog posts, and landing pages that read like a human wrote them
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
- Run reporting across multiple client accounts and translate the numbers into plain-English recommendations
- Manage Google Business Profiles, review generation, and local citation work
- Track performance against client goals and flag what needs attention before the client has to ask
- Collaborate with the team to keep deliverables on schedule and on quality
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally agency-side
- Working knowledge across SEO, content, and paid media (you don't have to be the world's best at all three, but you need to hold your own in each)
- Strong writing skills and an eye for clean, persuasive copy
- Comfort with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite
- Organized enough to juggle a full client load without dropping balls
- Self-starter who takes ownership and works harder than anyone in the room
Experience Desired
- Experience marketing for home services, trades, or local service businesses
- Familiarity with both social media marketing and adwords marketing
- Basic understanding of conversion-focused, direct-response marketing
