Principal Functional Duties
- Multichannel Initiative Oversight: Conceptualize, implement, and polish advertising strategies across Google, Meta, and Xiaohongshu (XHS) to amplify web traffic and conversion metrics.
- Web Stewardship & SEO: Supervise the administration and material modifications of the corporate WordPress architecture to guarantee a fluid user journey refined for Search Engine Optimization.
- Interdisciplinary Brainstorming: Partner with sales and artistic divisions to engineer marketing initiatives that stimulate lead acquisition and satisfy defined commercial targets.
- Material Development: Oversee the generation of varied promotional collateral, including social media updates, aesthetic assets, brief-form cinematic content (Reels, XHS, YouTube Shorts), and influential website prose.
- Sector Intelligence: Evaluate industrial trends and nascent electronic strategies to preserve a competitive advantage within the IT and software environment.
- Analytics & Expansion Monitoring: Observe vital performance indicators—encompassing CTR, ROAS, CPC, and conversion ratios—to formulate refinement reports and detect novel growth channels.
- Brand Advocacy: Uphold a synchronized brand identity and deliver persuasive narrative experiences across all digital interaction points.
Applicant Prerequisites
- Academic Qualifications: Attainment of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, an IT-centric discipline, or a strictly synonymous field of study.
- Technological Proficiency: Advanced skill in the operation of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram).
- Interface Expertise: Exhaustive comprehension of primary social ecosystems, with a particular emphasis on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
- Analytical Capability: Proven aptitude for interpreting intricate campaign data and performing refinements to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Communication Mastery: Superior interaction skills in both English and Mandarin are fundamentally required.
