Digital Marketing Specialist

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of Content Moderation, Digital Ads Support, Marketing Support, or IT Helpdesk experience
• Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with digital advertising and e-commerce platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Bridgetowne, QC
• Amenable to shifting schedules and night shift

Preferred Technical Knowledge:

• Browser troubleshooting
• Tracking pixels and analytics
• Account authentication and access recovery
• Payment and billing troubleshooting
• Advertising policy compliance
• CRM and ticketing systems
• Ecommerce platform integrations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per hour
