Digital Marketing Specialist - SEO/SEM

Seeking a skilled digital marekting specialist with a strong background in e-commerce to work with our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in SEO-driven content writing and SEM, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and managing paid search campaigns. You will play a key role in optimising website content, landing pages and paid Ads to enhance visibility and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and optimise SEO-friendly content for product pages, category pages, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Outreach for link building
- Building and optimising for AI (ChatGPT, Gemini) platform
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
- Develop and manage Google Ads and other SEM campaigns to maximise traffic and conversions.
- Manage Google Merchant center
- Optimise product descriptions and metadata for improved search performance.
- Track and analyse SEO and SEM performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Improve conversion rates by enhancing landing pages and ad copy.
- Stay updated with e-commerce SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and PPC best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO, and SEM, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, keyword research, and search engine algorithms.
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar).
- Ability to write engaging, persuasive, and conversion-focused content.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce etc.).
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
