ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing remote team.
This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support AGC Interior's business development objectives.
The successful candidate will manage social media platforms, digital advertising campaigns, website content, email marketing activities, and performance reporting while ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
This position is ideal for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking and enjoys driving measurable marketing results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDigital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms.
- Support lead generation initiatives that contribute to business growth and project opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement, lead quality, and conversions.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and maintain an active online presence.
- Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent branding and communication.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
Content Creation & Brand Management
- Design creatives for Meta Ads campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- Create and repurpose content for social media, case studies, brochures, newsletters, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Edit project photos and videos for website, portfolio, and social media use.
- Ensure all content aligns with AGC Interior's brand identity and communication standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
SEO, Website & Paid Advertising
- Implement basic SEO improvements, including keyword optimization, meta descriptions, image alt text, and content updates.
- Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Review and improve ad performance, search terms, audience targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
- Update website content, landing pages, forms, and marketing materials through Squarespace or other platforms.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, social media analytics, and lead generation metrics.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and recommendations.
- Analyze marketing data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing objectives.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, paid advertising, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, lead generation, and online advertising.
- Experience managing multiple digital marketing channels and campaigns.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

WORK SETUP & REQUIREMENTS
- Must provide own desktop or laptop capable of supporting digital marketing activities.
- Stable and reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.
- Willing to be monitored during work hours via video for accountability and productivity tracking.
- Available to work full-time according to company operating hours.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with the team.
TRIAL PERIOD
Successful candidates will undergo a paid one-week trial period as part of the onboarding and evaluation process. Performance during the trial period will be assessed based on work quality, communication, initiative, reliability, and overall suitability for the role.
ENGAGEMENT ARRANGEMENT
This position is offered under a Independent Contractor arrangement. Successful candidates will provide services to AGC Interior under a contractor agreement and will be responsible for maintaining the necessary equipment and remote working environment required for the role.
