Digital Marketing Specialist (Social Media & SEO)
Job Objective:
We are looking for a versatile and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our entire social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Facebook) and drive organic growth through Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative content creation and analytical search strategy to boost our brand visibility and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, FB):
- Content Creation: Conceptualize, write scripts, and draft engaging captions tailored to the unique audience of each platform (e.g., dynamic/fast-paced video content for TikTok/Snapchat, aesthetic visuals for Instagram).
- Content Scheduling: Maintain and execute a consistent Content Calendar, posting during peak engagement hours.
- Video & Graphic Editing: Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Spotlights) and design basic visual assets using tools like Canva or CapCut.
- Community Engagement: Monitor, reply to comments/messages, and foster an active community around the brand.
- Trend Catching: Monitor and leverage viral trends, challenges, and audio tracks strategically to benefit the business.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Keyword Research: Identify high-traffic, low-competition keywords relevant to our industry for Google, as well as in-platform search SEO (TikTok & Instagram SEO).
- On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, blogs, landing pages, meta tags, and headings to rank higher on search engines.
- Technical & Off-Page SEO: Monitor site speed, mobile-friendliness, and implement basic link-building strategies to grow domain authority.
3. Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report weekly/monthly performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and native social media insights to measure ROI and growth.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience successfully managing professional social media accounts and executing SEO strategies.
- SEO Tools: Proficiency with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, or Ubersuggest.
- Creative Tools: Hands-on experience with mobile/desktop editing tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
- Algorithm Knowledge: Deep understanding of how current algorithms work across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Facebook.
- Language: Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) with excellent copywriting skills.
