The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and strengthening the company’s online presence through effective social media management, content planning, digital advertising, brand development, and performance monitoring. This role supports the company’s marketing objectives by creating engaging digital content, coordinating with internal and external creative partners, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
The position requires creativity, strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and familiarity with current digital marketing trends, particularly in relation to the agricultural, dairy, animal nutrition, and livestock industries.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish regular content aligned with the company’s marketing calendar and brand identity.
- Monitor comments, messages, inquiries, and audience engagement across social media platforms.
- Respond to online inquiries in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner.
- Help grow the company’s online community and improve audience engagement.
2. Content Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement a monthly content plan aligned with the company’s marketing goals, campaigns, events, product promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Plan, create, and schedule posts, stories, reels, videos, captions, and other digital content formats.
- Prepare content calendars and coordinate posting schedules with the management and marketing team.
- Ensure all content supports the company’s objectives, product positioning, and customer engagement strategy.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials for product launches, client visits, events, promotions, and company announcements.
3. Coordination and Collaboration
- Work closely with the company’s third-party marketing consultant, videographer, editor, and other creative partners.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots, content requirements, editing timelines, and approval processes.
- Ensure that all marketing materials are high-quality, timely, accurate, and aligned with the company’s brand voice and standards.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, operations, and management teams to gather relevant content, product updates, client stories, and field activities.
4. Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media pages, digital campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and other relevant platforms to track performance.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports, including reach, engagement, leads, inquiries, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns and content strategies.
5. Digital Advertising
- Plan, manage, and monitor paid social media campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Assist in budget allocation, audience targeting, ad copy creation, campaign setup, and performance tracking.
- Evaluate advertising results and recommend improvements to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Ensure that advertising campaigns are aligned with the company’s sales and marketing objectives.
6. Brand Development and Consistency
- Ensure consistent branding, tone, messaging, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Maintain brand standards in captions, graphics, videos, presentations, and online communications.
- Support the development of marketing materials that promote the company’s products, services, values, and expertise.
- Help position the company as a trusted provider in the agricultural, dairy, livestock, and animal nutrition sectors.
7. Industry Trends and Market Awareness
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
- Monitor competitors, industry content, and digital strategies relevant to agriculture, dairy farming, livestock, and animal nutrition.
- Recommend new content ideas, campaign strategies, and digital opportunities that may benefit the company.
- Support marketing initiatives that educate, engage, and build trust with farmers, clients, and industry partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or any related field.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or online advertising.
- Experience in the agriculture, dairy, livestock, animal nutrition, or feed industry is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and basic advertising platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, creatives, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Basic photo/video editing skills are an advantage.

Work Arrangement
The Digital Marketing Specialist may be required to work on-site, attend company events, coordinate field shoots, visit farms or client locations when necessary, and collaborate closely with the sales, technical, and management teams to produce relevant and effective marketing content.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
