Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong UAE market experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and support student recruitment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage student recruitment campaigns for local and international markets with the team.
• Plan and execute lead-generation strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
• Manage education portals, online listings, and institutional profiles.
• Track and improve lead-to-enrollment conversion rates.
• Coordinate with admissions counselors and academic departments on marketing initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize CPL and ROAS
• Produce and oversee video, graphic, and testimonial-based marketing campaigns.
• Build partnerships with schools, corporate organizations, and community groups for promotional activities.

Additional Requirements

• Proven track record of generating qualified leads and student enrollments in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of the UAE education market and student recruitment cycle.
• Experience with CRM systems, lead management, and marketing automation tools.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet enrollment targets under deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE digital marketing experience.
• Experience in the education sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
• Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
