Summary
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing & Website Optimisation Specialist to join our team in Cardiff. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our digital footprint, optimising our website performance, and driving effective marketing campaigns to support our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Optimize website content and structure for better user experience and search engine rankings.
• Analyze user journey and on-site behavior using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Hotjar, or similar analytics suites.
• Conduct deep keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content marketing strategies.
• Explore the possibility of GEO while executing SEO & SEM management
• Design, execute, and monitor comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and website traffic.
• Work closely with our video content team and purchase team in China to help build and promote the brand image of DIGI4U.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Create engaging content for websites, emails, and social media channels.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including traffic, click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management, providing actionable insights and data-backed recommendations for strategic

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and website optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in SQL or Python is highly preferred.

Pay: £40,420.00-£51,766.02 per year
