QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
- At least 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid ads, and e-commerce operations
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Shopee MyAds, and Lazada Sponsored Solutions
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or similar systems
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis
- Experience with content creation tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut; AI tools are a plus)
- Strong copywriting and communication skills (English)
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Creative, proactive, and results-driven mindset
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google, Shopee, and Lazada
- Manage ad budgets to achieve target ROAS, CPA, and conversion goals
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
- Generate reports and insights on campaign effectiveness
E-Commerce Operations & Platform Management
- Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms (website, Shopee, Lazada, and other marketplaces)
- Create and optimize product listings, including descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates
- Ensure accuracy of product information and order fulfillment coordination
Social Media & Content Management
- Develop and execute social media content calendars and campaigns
- Create and publish engaging content across platforms
- Write compelling ad copy, captions, and promotional content
- Collaborate with design teams for creatives and campaign materials
Coordination & Growth Strategy
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to align campaigns with inventory and promotions
- Track customer behavior, engagement, and trends to improve marketing strategies
- Monitor competitor activities and identify growth opportunities
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other marketing and e-commerce-related tasks as assigned by management
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Compressed work schedule)
Alternating Saturdays: Twice a month (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
