Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and results-driven Digital Sales / Marketing Executive to oversee digital channels, drive online engagement, and convert social media inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all digital and social media channels, ensuring consistent brand visibility, audience engagement, and timely content posting.
- Handle customer inquiries, messages, and leads from social platforms, ensuring prompt follow-up and effective conversion into sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor and manage daily online interactions, maintaining a positive customer experience across all channels.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on digital performance, customer engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Track social media trends, monitor competitor activities, and recommend strategies to improve digital presence and sales performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or any related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, online sales, or customer engagement roles.
- Strong understanding of social media management, lead generation, customer engagement, and digital sales strategies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, reporting, customer relationship management, and multitasking skills.
