Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, and strategic Digital Traffic Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our sales team, our clients, and our digital execution partners. You will play a pivotal role in the pre-sale phase by identifying opportunities and running digital audits, as well as the post-sale phase by managing the onboarding, asset collection, and project tracking pipelines.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
Pre-Sale Strategy & Prospecting Support
- AE Partnership: Collaboratively assist Account Executives (AEs) in prospecting for new digital clients and uncovering untapped revenue opportunities.
- Digital Audits: Generate, analyze, and present comprehensive digital audits for prospective clients to identify gaps in their current online presence.
- Needs Identification: Proactively identify clients' digital needs and bring actionable, data-driven insights to the AEs' attention.
- Strategic Recommendations: Recommend optimal digital tactics (e.g., OTT/CTV, SEM, Programmatic, Social) to include in client proposals and actively assist in developing long-term digital strategies.
Campaign Launch & Asset Management
- Campaign Ownership: Take the lead on the post-sale workflow to ensure all digital tactics are launched accurately and on schedule.
- Onboarding & Kick-Offs: Lead or participate in client kick-off calls to establish launch timelines and expectations.
- Asset Gathering: Directly interface with clients to gather creative assets, ad copy, logos, and technical specifications required for campaign execution.
Project Tracking & Operations
- Trello Board Management: Maintain absolute oversight of the digital workflow via Trello, tracking every account's progress through the fulfillment pipeline.
- Bottleneck Resolution: Proactively ensure no projects get "stalled out."
- Stakeholder Communication: Immediately alert AEs, and clients regarding project delays, creative challenges, or timeline adjustments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in digital media, ad traffic, digital project management, or account coordination (experience in broadcast/digital media environments like iHeartMedia is a major plus).
- Platform Knowledge: Proficiency with project management tools (specifically Trello), digital audit tools, and standard CRM platforms.
- Digital Savvy: A strong baseline understanding of digital marketing tactics (SEO/SEM, Targeted Display, Social Media Advertising, Video, and Audio streaming).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently interface with both internal sales teams and external corporate clients.
- Organization: Elite organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple tight deadlines simultaneously without letting details slip through the crack.
