E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager
About BeautéSync:
BeautéSync is a growing Canadian supplier of professional salon, spa, tattoo, wellness, and beauty furniture and equipment. We operate a showroom and warehouse in Mississauga and serve customers across Canada.
We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing & E-commerce Manager to help scale BeautéSync's online presence and accelerate business growth. You will work closely with management and our existing Shopify specialist to improve website performance, strengthen our brand presence, increase organic traffic, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth across multiple channels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy, creativity, analytics, and customer insights to build a growing e-commerce business.
E-commerce Growth & Optimization
- Lead Shopify e-commerce growth initiatives and website optimization projects
- Work closely with our Shopify specialist to improve website performance and user experience
- Review and improve product merchandising, collections, navigation, and conversion opportunities
- Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and average order value
- Analyze customer behavior and website performance data
Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
- Manage content across social media platforms and other relevant platforms
- Develop and maintain a content calendar
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, customer stories, and educational content
- Coordinate photography and video production projects
SEO & Website Growth
- Develop and execute SEO strategies
- Improve organic search visibility and keyword rankings
- Build quality backlinks and industry citations
- Create blog content, landing pages, FAQs, and SEO-focused content
- Monitor Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO performance metrics
Customer Success Stories & Brand Development
- Organize customer spotlight campaigns
- Collect customer testimonials, reviews, photos, and videos
- Visit customer locations when appropriate to create marketing content
- Develop case studies showcasing salon, spa, tattoo, and wellness businesses using BeautéSync products
- Strengthen BeautéSync's brand presence and credibility across digital platforms
Sales Collaboration & Customer Insights (20%-30% of Role)
At BeautéSync, we believe the best marketing comes from understanding real customer needs. This role will work closely with our sales team and customers to gain first-hand insights into purchasing decisions, industry trends, and product feedback.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with customer inquiries and product recommendations when needed
- Follow up on website leads, social media inquiries, and marketing-generated prospects
- Support showroom visitors and help guide customers through product options
- Collect customer feedback and identify common questions and objections
- Translate customer insights into marketing content, FAQs, blogs, videos, and product improvements
- Help document customer success stories and showroom installations
- Work closely with management to identify growth opportunities and improve customer experience
Approximately 20–30% of this role will involve customer-facing activities and sales support, while the remaining time will focus on e-commerce growth, SEO, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications Required:
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, growth marketing, or related fields
- Strong Shopify experience
- Experience with SEO and content marketing
- Experience managing social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, etc.)
- Photography and video editing experience
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
- Experience with Klaviyo or email marketing platforms
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Preferred:
- Experience in furniture, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or home décor industries
Work Location: In Person – Mississauga, Ontario
Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
