Job Overview
We are looking for a highly strategic, analytical, and creative E-commerce Growth Marketing Specialist (Shopee | Lazada | TikTok Shop | Facebook) to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, audience engagement, traffic, conversion, and overall sales performance through data-driven marketing strategies, campaigns, content direction, and platform growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales conversion
- Develop growth campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and other digital platforms
- Analyze platform performance metrics including traffic, engagement, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and GMV
- Coordinate with Creatives, Livestream, Affiliate, and Sales teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively
- Develop promotional strategies for double-digit campaigns, payday sales, and seasonal activations
- Optimize product visibility through campaign planning, content strategy, and marketplace initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify growth opportunities
- Manage and improve customer engagement through social commerce and digital marketing efforts
- Support creator, influencer, and affiliate marketing initiatives to increase reach and conversions
- Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- At least 2–4 years experience in E-commerce Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Marketplace Management
- Strong understanding of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and social commerce ecosystems
- Experience in campaign planning, engagement strategy, and sales conversion optimization
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, or marketplace promotions is an advantage
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong reporting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, project management, and execution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven e-commerce environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer campaigns, or livestream promotions
- Familiarity with TikTok trends, content strategy, and marketplace algorithms
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and sales funnel optimization
- Creative thinking combined with performance-focused execution
