E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator (Remote | Grocery)
Job Responsibilities:
Website Management
- Maintain and update the e-commerce platform with accurate product information, pricing, images, and content.
- Ensure a seamless, user-friendly online shopping experience.
- Implement site merchandising strategies to improve product visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Create and manage visually appealing collections, category pages, and landing pages.
Product & Catalog Management
- Support product presentation and customer experience initiatives.
- Manage catalog operations, including product setup, pricing updates, and content maintenance.
- Monitor and optimize product discoverability through keyword analysis and search performance improvements.
Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely order fulfillment.
- Process e-commerce orders, shipments, returns, and backorders.
- Track inventory availability and order status to ensure operational accuracy.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Development, to support business objectives.
- Assist in website updates, seasonal launches, promotional campaigns, and sales events.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor website performance, traffic, sales trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular reports on site performance, promotional effectiveness, and optimization opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve user experience and business performance.
Continuous Improvement
- Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and website enhancements.
- Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, operations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, digital marketing, and social media management is an advantage.
- Experience with web analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with data analysis, performance reporting, and project management methodologies.
Language Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Spanish language proficiency is an advantage.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional weekend work as needed.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Ability to perform regular computer-based work and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
