E-commerce Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven E-commerce Marketing Specialist (Shopee | Lazada | TikTok Shop | Facebook) to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and other digital platforms. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, traffic growth, and sales conversion through effective e-commerce and social commerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to improve engagement, brand awareness, and sales performance
• Plan and manage campaigns for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and other online platforms
• Analyze campaign performance, traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics
• Coordinate with Creatives, Livestream, Affiliate, and Sales teams for campaign execution
• Optimize promotional activities including double-digit sales, payday campaigns, and platform events
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior for growth opportunities
• Improve product visibility and marketplace performance through strategic planning
• Support influencer, affiliate, and livestream marketing initiatives
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in E-commerce Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketplace Management
• Strong knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and social commerce platforms
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, or marketplace campaigns is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Creative and data-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced KPI-driven environment

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
