Goldstone College is a CRICOS registered college located in Sydney CBD. We are seeking a reliable and proactive contractor to support student administration, college operations, and marketing activities.
Location:
Sydney CBD / Surry Hills
Contract:
ABN Contractor
Hours:
10–20 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Student administration and enrolment support
- Managing student records and documentation
- Updating information in RTO Manager
- Responding to student and agent enquiries
- Student orientation and attendance follow-up
- Creating brochures and marketing materials using Canva
- Creating and scheduling social media content
- Assisting with events and student engagement activities
- General office administration and operational support
Requirements
- Previous administration, education, or student services experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Canva and social media experience
- Professional written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred
- Experience using RTO Manager
- Experience working in a college, RTO, or education agency
- Knowledge of international student administration
- Korean or Mandarin language skills
