JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive, self-starting HubSpot & Marketing Specialist to transform HubSpot from an underutilized tool into an active revenue engine for our Asia business. In this role, you will take full ownership of HubSpot administration, CRM data hygiene, and end-to-end B2B email campaign execution. If you have a solid track record in B2B SaaS marketing, hold HubSpot certifications, and thrive on building efficient marketing workflows from the ground up, we want you on our team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• HubSpot admin: workflows, lists, properties, integrations
• Email campaign build and execution (newsletters, nurture, product comms)
• Landing pages, forms, and CTAs
• CRM data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting
• Marketing dashboards and attribution
• Light content support: copy, repurposing existing assets, social
• HubSpot workflows live and operating
• Campaigns shipped on schedule
• Email open / click rates trending up
• MQL volume month-on-month
• CRM data completeness across active accounts
• Move HubSpot from underused tool to active revenue lever for the Asia business.

REQUIREMENTS

• HubSpot Marketing Hub: workflows, email, forms, reporting
• CRM data management and segmentation
• Campaign execution track record (B2B preferred)
• Strong written English
• HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, CMS)
• Canva or equivalent basic design
• B2B SaaS marketing background
• Maritime, logistics, or industrial sector exposure
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Self-starter, comfortable building from a low base, takes initiative without waiting for direction, communicates proactively, detail-oriented.
