English SEO Content Editor
Position Overview
As an SEO Content Editor, you will be part of the Marketing Department, working closely with both the Communications and Web Development teams. In support of the SEO Specialist, you will contribute to optimising websites across more than 15 international brands, helping to improve search engine visibility, website performance, and organic growth.
This position is best suited for someone with a genuine passion for SEO, strong organisational abilities, and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative open-plan office environment where teamwork, creativity, and knowledge sharing are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities1. SEO Performance & Reporting
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports across all brands
- Analyse website traffic from various channels, lead generation, page performance, and keyword rankings
- Identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas requiring optimisation
2. Keyword Research & Strategy
- Conduct continuous keyword research to uncover new ranking opportunities
- Maintain and update keyword tracking within SEMrush
- Assist in developing SEO strategies aimed at improving traffic, conversions, and lead generation
3. Technical & On-Page SEO
- Optimise website content including keywords, internal and external links, meta titles, descriptions, headers, image alt tags, canonical tags, and overall site structure
- Detect and resolve SEO-related website issues using tools such as SEMrush and Screaming Frog
- Implement website tracking through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Matomo
- Provide recommendations to improve website speed, structure, and content performance
4. Content Optimisation
- Carry out SEO optimisation on articles and website content across multiple brand websites
- Support content strategies designed to improve organic visibility and user engagement
5. Off-Page SEO & Listings
- Build backlinks from reputable and high-authority websites
- Manage and update external listings and partner website references
- Maintain and optimise Google Business Profile listings
6. SEO Strategy & Development Support
- Provide SEO recommendations and input for new website development projects
- Recommend plugins and tools that can improve SEO performance
- Stay informed on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices
7. Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver performance insights using Google Analytics (GA4), Matomo, and related reporting tools
- Assist with reporting on paid campaign performance when required
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification)
- 1–2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Strong interest in digital marketing and search engine optimisation

Language Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- An additional European language (French, German, or Dutch) would be advantageous
