This role is perfect for someone who already understands how Nigerian entertainment blogs operate and can create content readers genuinely enjoy.

Job Responsibilities

As an Entertainment Blogger, you will:

• Write daily trending entertainment and celebrity news articles
• Research and rewrite stories in a unique and engaging way
• Publish articles directly on WordPress
• Create strong click worthy headlines
• Stay updated with trending entertainment stories and viral topics
• Source accurate information from reliable platforms
• Write in simple, natural, and human sounding English
• Format articles properly using headings and clean structure
• Meet daily publishing deadlines and targets

Requirements

Applicants should:

• Have experience writing entertainment or celebrity news articles
• Have experience using WordPress independently
• Understand blogging and online publishing
• Be familiar with Nigerian entertainment and social media trends
• Know how to write engaging content readers enjoy
• Be able to work fast while maintaining quality
• Have good headline writing skills
• Understand basic SEO principles
• Be reliable, responsive, and consistent

Preferred Skills

Candidates with the following will have an advantage:

• Experience working with blogs or media platforms
• Understanding of Facebook friendly and Google Discover style content
• Ability to quickly identify trending stories
• Basic Canva or image sourcing skills

Salary / Payment

Basic and negotiable based on experience and performance over time.
