Environmental Health and Safety Manager for E-Commerce 3PL Warehouse

Good Company is seeking an experienced and proactive Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to support our fast-paced e-commerce 3PL warehouse operations. This role is responsible for promoting a safe, compliant, and injury-free workplace while ensuring all employees follow company and OSHA safety standards.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and experienced in warehouse or logistics safety programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Environmental Compliance, Sustainability and Actions.
- Job hazard analysis and exposure assessments.
- Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
- Conduct regular warehouse safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
- Lead safety training programs for warehouse associates, equipment operators, and supervisors.
- Monitor PPE usage and enforce safe operating procedures.
- Maintain OSHA logs, training records, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures, drills, and incident preparedness.
- Partner with operations leadership to improve workplace safety culture and reduce incidents.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse ergonomics, material handling, and operational safety.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an EHS, Safety Coordinator, or Safety Manager role required.
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or 3PL environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety regulations.
- Forklift, cherry picker, and warehouse equipment safety knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to conduct training and coach employees on safety practices.
- Proficient with incident reporting and compliance documentation.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Requirements
- Must pass a criminal background check and 10-panel drug screen.
- Ability to walk warehouse floors for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
