YOUR ROLE
You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment and managing the a to z collaboration with them.
- Ensures that the company comply with environmental regulations and internal standards, while continuously reducing environmental impact. Focus chemical management, hazardous chemicals & waste management, resource efficiency (energy, water, gases), and climate/ESG reporting.
- Maintain and improve the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System for the site; support internal and external audits.
- Prepare and submit environmental reports to authorities (e.g., emissions inventory, hazardous waste manifests, GHG reporting, water discharge reports) in line with semiconductor‑specific regulations and permits.
- Track changes in environmental regulations relevant to semiconductor industry (e.g., restrictions on PFAS, PFCs, VOCs) and drive required updates.
- Support corporate ESG / sustainability reporting :
- Scope 1 and 2 GHG, and where relevant scope 3 (e.g., PFCs, process gases).
- Water stress, effluent quality, waste recycling rates.
- Support customer audits and questionnaires focused on environmental and sustainability performance.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering , Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline (e.g., Civil/Mechanical with strong environmental component).
- At least 5 years in semiconductor, microelectronics, or similar manufacturing (pharma, display, solar, or chemical industries can be considered).
- Experience with environmental aspects (wastewater, emissions, chemicals, utilities).
- Solid understanding of environmental regulations applicable to industrial/semiconductor facilities (air, water, waste, chemical management, GHG).
- Hazardous waste classification, storage, transport, and contractor management.
- Environmental monitoring, data analysis, and root cause investigation.
- Experience with environmental management systems ( ISO 14001 ) and audits is a plus.
- Proficiency in standard office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); any of the following is a plus:
- Data analysis/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Canva or photoshop
