You’ll play a key part in supporting both our events and marketing functions - from helping clients plan memorable celebrations, to driving our social media presence and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. The ability to adapt and transition between diverse job requirements, people, processes or platforms, is key to being successful in this exciting role opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media
- Execute social media strategies that grow our audience, boost engagement, and
- strengthen our brand presence.
- Plan and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) in line with business goals.
- Create engaging, on-brand content - including copy, images, videos, stories, and reels.
- Analyse social media performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Support wider marketing initiatives, such as newsletters, campaigns, and website updates (WordPress experience desirable).
Event Coordination
- Manage client enquiries, conduct venue show rounds, and support clients throughout
- the booking process.
- Prepare detailed function sheets, and manage trackers and internal communications to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to meet event requirements and timelines.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown when required, ensuring that quality control and standards are maintained at all times.
- Support marketing efforts for events, including photography, social content and client follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive feedback.
Administrative Duties
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, database management,
- and responding to emails and calls.
- Maintain accurate booking systems and event calendars.
- Prepare invoices, track payments, and support financial reconciliation for events.
- Assist with staff rotas, supplier coordination, and general office organisation.
- Produce reports on event performance, bookings, and client feedback.
Desired Experience & Skills
Experience is preferred but full training will be provided. We are looking for an adaptable and quick-learning individual.
Demonstrated confidence and excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak to diverse audiences. (essential)
Experience in hospitality, events, or venue management.
Experience in team coordination or supervision.
Strong social media management and content creation skills.
Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Experience using Canva and WordPress. (desirable)
Confident using Microsoft Office and general admin systems.
Ability to work evenings and weekends when required for events (essential)
