Attend/handling to sales inquiries through telephone, social media and walk in customers.
Promote company's properties and services, compiling customer feedback or complaints.
To expand customer database.
To build customer database through registration, exposition and other sales activities.
Keeping current sales records and research materials.
Liaise with Solicitor for signing of SPA & loan documentation.
Assisting purchasing on bank/ gov loan application, arrangement to expedite the facilitation process between purchaser & bank.
Follow-up with current purchasers and potential purchasers in achieving sales target.
Prepare report in weekly & monthly sequence on sales, SPA signing, loan arrangements.
Assist in inspection of property and handover key matter.
And other assignment that may be required at the discretion of the company.
