About the Role:
As the Executive Services and Marketing Officer you will:
Contribute to the effective and efficient management and administration of the school by providing a high level of confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Principal/Executive Principal/Senior Executive Team.
Assist in the development of innovative marketing and communication strategies and the coordination of special events for the school.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide high-level confidential executive and administrative support to school leadership.
Coordinate school marketing, communications, publications, newsletters and website content.
Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies, promotional materials and social media presence.
Coordinate major school events, ceremonies and community engagement activities.
Maintain effective administrative systems, records management and reporting processes.
Build and maintain partnerships with media, alumni, industry and wider community stakeholders.
