Experienced Remote Social Media Manager for High-Volume Scheduling Across 20+ Accounts - US Client

Keep 15+ comedy clubs posting like clockwork across every platform. A US-based entertainment marketing agency runs social media for live comedy and event venues across the country, and the person who built this seat just got promoted, so the system is already in place. Your job is to keep the machine running: populate the calendar, schedule the posts, field venue requests, and brief the editor, every day, without anything slipping. If you thrive on volume and precision and take pride in never missing a beat, this was built for you.
MUST HAVES
- 2+ years managing social media accounts, with a track record handling 10+ accounts at the same time
- Proficient with at least one social scheduling tool (Vista Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, or equivalent)
- Organized under constant change, able to absorb last-minute schedule changes and cancellations across a full roster
- Strong written English
- Professional workstation with webcam, noise-canceling headset, and stable internet (25 Mbps+)
NICE TO HAVES
- Background in live events, ticketing, or entertainment marketing
- Experience coordinating asset handoffs with a remote video editor
- Familiarity with Facebook Business Suite or Meta tools for managing multiple venue pages
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly in the venue websites each week, pulling every upcoming show into a rolling content calendar and keeping it current a month out across 15 to 20 venues
- Write captions and schedule 75+ posts per day across each venue's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter
- Field inbound venue requests same-day: schedule changes, added shows, cancellations, postponements, on-sale announcements
EXPECTATIONS
- Full-time during US business hours (Monday to Friday, aligned to MST/Arizona time)
- Success means the calendar stays current for all 15+ accounts, posts go out on schedule every day without prompting, venue requests are handled same-day, and the video editor always has enough lead time before publish deadlines
- This is a rinse-and-repeat role: the same process run reliably across every venue, every week, rather than reinvented each time
