Location: Alor Setar, Kedah

Position Type: Full-Time (3 to 6 months probation contract to permanent)

We are expanding fast and need a seasoned, efficient Social Media Video Producer & Content Creator who can manage a daily production pipeline. If you are an experienced videographer and editor who thrives on fast-paced execution, high visual standards, and hates being micromanaged, this is your spot.

You will have total creative freedom, access to a premium gear setup, and an aggressive commission structure designed to reward high-volume, high-quality daily content.

Job Scope & Core Responsibilities

• Daily Reel Production (Primary): Frame, shoot, direct, and edit high-impact video reels and TikToks daily.
• End-to-End Post-Production: Deliver polished, fast-turnaround edits with seamless pacing, audio syncing, and color grading.
• Graphic Design (Secondary): Design high-quality social media posters and aesthetic assets to support video campaigns.
• Aesthetic & Trend Execution: Instantly identify viral hooks, sounds, and visual styles and apply them to our brand effectively.

Technical Skills Required

• Video Editing Mastery: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in CapCut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro for rapid, clean editing.
• Motion Graphics: Solid understanding of Adobe After Effects for dynamic text animations and transitions.
• Design Suite: Intermediate skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Adobe Express, or Lightroom.
• Production Gear: Confident operating professional cameras, handheld gimbals, and drone handling (specifically DJI Mini 4 or equivalent).

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Demographic Preferred: Malay Male (required due to specific on-camera requirements and outdoor production context).
• On-Camera Talent: Willing and confident to occasionally step in front of the lens as the subject/presenter of the reels.
• Efficiency & Perfectionism: A sharp eye for design and framing, with the ability to maintain a perfectionist standard even under a daily output schedule.
• Communication: Exceptional teamwork skills, highly responsive, and values clear, on-time communication during work hours.

• Base Salary: RM 1,800 / month.
• Target-Based Commission: Earn lucrative commissions based on TikTok/Reel affiliate fees. Note: Commission payouts are strictly unlocked only when specific monthly video output and performance targets are met, or any specified by supervisor, highly rewarding consistent, daily creators.
• Statutory Contributions: Full EPF, SOCSO, and EIS benefits.
