Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Export Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in international marketing and export sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, experience handling international markets, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with overseas clients. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing export operations, and supporting the company's global growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement export marketing strategies to expand business in international markets.
- Identify potential customers, distributors, and business partners across global markets.
- Generate export inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with international clients through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and export-related documentation.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing overseas customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve export sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Export Marketing, International Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience dealing with international markets and overseas customers.
- Excellent fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of export procedures, documentation, and international trade practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online business platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
